I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

With a compassionate and supportive approach, I specialize in working with clients to navigate challenges such as communication breakdowns, relationship stress, parenting difficulties, and life transitions.

Blending evidence-based techniques with a personalized touch, I use therapeutic approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical tools for growth and healing.

Whether working with couples seeking to reconnect, families needing to resolve conflict, or individuals striving for personal clarity, I believe in empowering clients to make meaningful changes.

I have a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Purdue and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. I am currently a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in Colorado.

Through insight and collaborative problem-solving, I help my clients build stronger, more resilient relationships and cultivate a sense of personal well-being.

With empathy, professionalism, and dedication, I guide you on a path toward greater connection and understanding.

Let's start working together!

Why Dee became a therapist

Dee became a therapist after many years as a software engineer, where she realized that her greatest strength wasn’t just technology—it was people.

Although she was initially hesitant to leave a stable career, encouragement from her late sister gave her the courage to pursue what she truly loved.

Throughout her life, people naturally opened up to her, trusting her with their stories, and she realized her gift was creating safe, compassionate spaces for honest conversations.

Today, she brings that same skill to her work with couples—helping them build a new language for emotion, navigate shame, betrayal, and addiction, and move through the “muck” together with vulnerability, accountability, and without judgment.
