Few things in life shape our health and happiness as deeply as our relationships.
Whether it’s the relationship you have with yourself, a romantic partner, or how you relate to family and friends, I believe connection and relationship health is fundamental for everyone.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who specializes in relationships. I graduated from Naropa University with a Master’s in Mindfulness-based counseling.
I have completed training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I’m part of an Internal Family Systems (IFS) supervision group.
I work with individuals, couples, non-monogamous relationships, and families (in-person and virtually) to foster repair, deeper intimacy, and increase connection.
I believe everyone has the ability (and the right) to have fulfilling and meaningful relationships.
I tailor sessions to fit the needs of the people in the room - each person and relationship is different, requiring different interventions, paces of the work, and paths forward to healing.
Together, we will find the approach that best fits your unique needs and desires, and leads you to deep, lasting change.
My approach to therapy is direct and honest. I will provide a safe and compassionate space to work through challenges, difficulties, and discouraging patterns.
Together, we will discover new ways to move forward, connect, and heal!
