Few things in life shape our health and happiness as deeply as our relationships.

Whether it’s the relationship you have with yourself, a romantic partner, or the ways you relate to family and friends, I believe connection and relational health are fundamental to our well-being.

Many of the struggles people bring to therapy - anxiety, depression, conflict, shame, or feeling stuck - can be addressed through a relational lens.

I earned my Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Counseling from Naropa University, where I developed a strong foundation in presence, emotional awareness, and embodied healing.

My work is informed by the belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through felt experience, honest reflection, and new ways of relating - both to ourselves and to others.

I work with individuals, couples, non-monogamous relationship constellations, and families, offering both in-person and virtual therapy.

I support clients in repairing relational ruptures, deepening intimacy, navigating conflict, and increasing emotional connection.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate.

I strive to create a space that feels safe and nonjudgmental, while also supporting clients in looking honestly into the patterns that are no longer serving them.

I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of the people in the room, recognizing that each individual and relationship requires different pacing, interventions, and pathways toward healing.

Together, we will identify what matters most to you and work toward deep, lasting change.

Modalities and Approaches:

My work draws from several evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): to support attachment repair, emotional safety, and deeper connection within relationships
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): to explore and heal internal parts of self with curiosity and compassion
  • Gottman Method: to strengthen communication, manage conflict, and build trust and intimacy
  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy: to increase awareness, emotional regulation, and connection to the body
  • Relational Life Therapy (RLT): to support accountability, honesty, and empowered relating

My role is to walk alongside you with clarity and care - helping you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.

Let's start working together!
