We have an app to help clients get results.
The purpose of the app is to integrate your therapy outside of sessions.
The Colorado Relationship app was adapted from a personal training platform, so when you download it to your smartphone, you have the option to integrate it with health apps.
Yes, getting in your steps is good, but we are interested in steps towards more connection and intimacy.
How it works
After the first session, your therapist will understand your patterns and themes of disconnection. They will assign homework in the app that is specific to your relationship.
For example, we may ask you two to complete check-ins twice a week. We share the suggested questions in the app, and you two can complete them when you are done.
We may have you start a feelings log. The app will send you reminders to check in with your feelings and record them there, then share them with your partner at the end of the week.
We have an appreciation program where we send you reminders to reflect on what you appreciate about your partner and you record them in the app. We then remind you to share what you appreciate with your partner.
We are interested in helping you both achieve results, and using an app to integrate your couples therapy can be a helpful tool.
Ask your therapist to send you an invitation. If you are a current client, you can download it here.
